Deanland Wood park is located in East Sussex, near Hailsham. Take the A22 London to Eastbourne Road. Deanland is signposted from Golden Cross, which is 9.5 miles south of Uckfield and 10 miles north of Eastbourne. The Park is one mile from Golden Cross.

There are trains at Lewes main-line station (one hour to Victoria), which is approximately eight miles away. Coaches from Victoria to Eastbourne will stop at Golden Cross.
